As corny as the topic subject sounds - I really do feel that I got the best customer service possible from Gary.
We talked at length about every aspect of the ring and diamond. He never made me feel like I was bugging him and he was just as "analytical" about the process as I was. I think he could really appreciate the lengths I went to make this ring perfect and he took care of everything I needed from an engraving to dropping it off at the appraiser of my choice.
Gary if you do get a chance to read this - I want to thank you again for this very important purchase. Gary turned a potentially stressful experience into a very comfortable one.
