I have spent all afternoon at the vets with our Oscar--13+ years old and a lymphoma patient. The x-ray showed one kidney had shriveled and the other is more than double the size it should be. He's had an ultrasound, CBC and urinanalysis. He had to get IV fluids because he hasn't eaten in a few days and he hasn't made any "deposits " in the litter box.

We are just waiting until tomorrow when the blood works comes back and then we will discuss the course of action. {I've already shelled out almost $500 today, but hey, he' a member of the family so we can't complain :errrr: }

Any prayers would be appreciated by the St. Clares.

Thinking of you and your kitty. That's just the worst. I hope you get good news tomorrow!

Lots of ***healthy kitty dust*** for Oscar. Poor kitty. This is the second time today I have sent out kitty dust.
I hope they ALL are feeling better by tomorrow.

Oh lord, the wait is absolutely the worst :(sad

I'm dusting and praying for you and your kitty, Amber.

I hope everything comes back negative for your dear Oscar :appl: :appl: :wavey:

Lots of dust for Oscar.

Amber, so sorry for Oscar and the family, it's so hard, here is some prayers going out to your family for the best outcomes for Oscar.

Prayers and dust and hugs and love for your baby Oscar. And for you, Amber.
Crossing my fingers for good news tomorrow!

I'll pray for your little guy tonight.

I know how important pets are in peoples lives...and it makes me extremely sad when an animal isn't doing well.

Sending dust and hopes that everything will be OK.

Oh hon, I'm keeping you guys in my thoughts, the wait is the worst!! I nursed one of my precious mini foxies with lymphoma earlier this year, I can sense your pain. Really really hoping for good news xxx

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I went through something similar with my 13 y.o. cat about three months ago. My DH and I had to finally decide what was in Abby's best interest and not our own. It was and has been a very difficult time. I wish you peace and comfort as you go through this process...

Sending you and little Oscar tons of dust...

Hope things come back positive (I think it's today, right?)

I'm so sorry you and your Oscar are going though this. Dust to Oscar, to you, and to your vet....
