Dust for STOLEN puppy

THANK YOU everyone who wished dust for our friends and their dog, merlin!

Last night they received a call around 1am from the snoho police dept, stating that they have found merlin. Aparently they pulled over a car that was reported as stolen, and Merlin was inside! Fortunately, the criminal was dumb (smart?) enough to accept Merlin as drug money!

Again, THANK YOU everyone!!

I am so glad this story had a happy ending!!

Oh, Carly, THANK GOD!!! I'm so glad Merlin was found! Thanks for updating this thread . . . I had been wondering about him, and this just made my day!

As far as the &*$# who accepted him as "drug money" is concerned: As horrible as that situation was, it could have been much worse . . . at least they didn't hurt him! Some people are just disgusting.

ETA: I'm off to spread the good news on my Frenchie forum! The folks over there were sending good vibes Merlin's way, so I'm sure they'll be thrilled to hear this!

There was a new update on the story, and i honestly loved how people said that it was nice to hear honest, happy stories. I agree!!

Yay for happy endings! Sounds like the dog was saved from a future in a not-so nice environment.
