Hi! These look like nice choices! Of these two, I would prefer the second stone. It is an AGS0 stone and I am pretty sure from the HCA that the first one is not in AGS0 territory (crown angle is only 33 and usually needs to be 34-35). Number 2 looks great in the magnified image and must be close to H&A. This would be a beautiful choice if the cost is not over budget.

Both are great choices. You might want to go with the F.

Both are very vice...I would go with option 2...

Why don't you request ideal scope images before making the purchase?

They do not own these stones and therefore do not have the idealscope images. The only things they have are a copy of the certificates and the magnified images of the stones.

I know about the crown angle of 34-35 but don''t know why the first stone (with crown angle of 33) has HCA of .8 and a magnified image that looks more like a H&A image than the second one.
Just frustrated that there are many better choices out there in term of quality and cost...
Thanks for your opinion.

Although out of the usual range, it still could be a very attractive combo, assuming the pavillion angle is complimentary.

I don''t think the second stone has any less of an arrow pattern than the first. The second stone is the better cut of the two since we know it gets the AGS0 for light return. You just asked which one was better in your first post.
