Anyways, I(she) wants something like

but with blue sapphires on the sides instead of diamonds. It''s hard finding rings like this, would it be easier for me to buy the "parts" and have a jewler set it? Thinking 1.0ct center princess in the middle and two 0.20-0.25 square sapphires on each side.
