He used to sleep on my left. He had been sleeping that way for about 6 years. Then a few months ago he got terrible back pain and I suggested we switch sides to see if maybe that was the cause (our mattress was fairly new so it couldn't be that). He did and has not switched back since.

So now he's on the right side of the bed.

Hubby sleeps on my right side if I''m on my back. He always wants to switch to the left side but we''d have to rearrange the bedside tables and everything. At my parents'' and some hotels, he sleeps on the left.

I sleep with my back to him. He''s always behind me. Doesn''t matter which side of the bed I''m on, I end up with my back to whoever is on the other side. I''m not a cuddly sleeper to say the least.

If I''m on my back he''s normally on my left side, but we sometimes switch sides of the bed - mix it up a bit, ya know?
