Does this setting exist or must I go custom?

Before I pursue a custom order, I wanted to see if the setting I want already exists for sale somewhere. I have a 1.42ct cushion cut tsavorite that I want put in a setting similar to the pictures below. The main stone would be more like in the first picture, but I like the tapered/bullet shaped side baguette diamonds in the second (VC) setting. Any ideas?

eBay setting vendor lan.bo4 makes something similar with baguettes in yellow as well as white gold:

I recently asked diamondmounts, another eBay setting vendor, to make me something similar to the VC ring, and was informed they do not stock bullet shaped side stones.

Of the eBay setting vendors listed in the "List of Vendors for Reference", I checked out the offerings from the two already mentioned above, as well as Diamond Zone (as in mydiamondzone on eBay), and have not come across any rings or settings with bullet side stones.

Therefore, IMHO, if one desires bullet side stones, then one would need to go to one of the high end setting vendors to have a ring made.

Bullets can apparently be really tough to source - the goldsmith friend of mine who made my ER setting wasn't able to find any after looking for a couple of months (I'm not sure if this was because she was looking for a lower color - we needed something that was a reasonably close color match to my center J OEC). She ultimately had to have a pair of I color baguettes custom recut into bullets.
