Diamonds don''t sparkle all the time, and fancy shapes are no exception - it very much depends on the available lighting that the diamond has to work with. Check the ring out in as many different lights as you can to get a good feel for it''s personality.Date: 8/13/2008 12:32:33 PM

I was hoping to be amazed when I opened the ring to see it in my car. But it was dull even in the day light. maybe because it was cloudy. I''m not sure.

Well I gave it a good cleaning yesterday and it turned out real nice. Cleaning it and looking at it in sunlight made a big difference. I am happy with it now. Thanks everyone. Now I need to bring some nice diamond friendly lighting into my place.[![]()
