Does anyone remember this thread - sapphire solitaire e-ring and pendant ring holder?

I've been searching so hard but I can't find it! It was from a few years ago when I lurked - a poster designed a sapphire solitaire e-ring for his fiancee, who was a doctor or medical student, and a co-ordinating ring holder that could hold the ring without having to unclip the necklace - and together they looked like a flower? I'm hoping to recreate the sapphire solitaire and I remember it being absolute perfection. If anyone can find it for me I'd be really grateful!

Failing that, I would love to see some sapphire solitaires!
