Does Anyone Know Where This Gazebo is in Chicago?

This Gazebo is supposedly located near Chestnut St and Michigan Ave. in downtown Chicago. Can anyone tell me where this gazebo is exactly.

I contacted a carriage company and she said that this is the spot of the proposal for their engagement package. I asked her to tell me the address of the Gazebo. The woman actually refused to tell me where it is. People really amaze me sometimes.
