I am looking to see the size difference between a 1.3 mm vs 1.7 mm diamond.

You may also compare them on your finger.

It does not let you compare diamonds that small on that webite. I am talking about a one pointer vs a 2 pointer.

Just increase the depth to a minimum of 1mm. Then you can see the face up value and compare.
