Does anyone get the cash back from fatwallet with buy diamond from Jamesallen?

Hi,friends,thanks for your attention.

last month I bought a diamond from Jamesallen with fatwallet cashback,but I did not get cashback from fatwallet,when I asked the fatwallet who said they did not get commission from Jamesallen,because Jamesallen thought I know Jamesallen from other website not fatwallet,so Jamesallen could not provide commission to fatwallet.

I do not know who is liar?Fatwallet or Jamesallen?

another detail:I used a coupon code from Pricescope''s discount.

A cursory review of "fatwallet" plainly states under "Conditions" the following statement; "Use of coupon''s not found on Fatwallets Cash Back Shopping or Coupons pages will void cash back".
