I don''t think I have SAD, but I do get down when there isn''t much daylight here in the midwest. Yes, I have been known to use the tanning bed for light therapy once or twice a month for a few minutes--I''m not doing it to get a tan, I''m doing it because it''s WARM and it makes me feel somewhat human again and not like a hibernating bear.
