I was aware they make realistic female and male human dolls of silicon for sex.
But I had no idea that some of these dolls serve a very different purpose, or how much they can mean to some people.
It reminds me of what a doll can mean to a small child, or how so many of us develop deep and meaningful relationships with our pets.

It's now streaming on Amazon Prime, and included if you have that Starr add on.

I found some parts creepy and hard to watch.
But other parts, especially when they let Alzheimer patients in a nursing home hold silicon babies, were quite touching.
