I’m going to be a voice of dissent and say I like it. I love that you reset all the time @nala. I like it most in the second pic where there’s a bit of an airgap between halo and V-ring. It makes me think of the chevron rings where the shank is plan but there’s diamonds hanging off the V might look better with your halo. Sorta like these but they’re too delicate here I think - thicker band or bigger diamonds?

I like your suggestions but this is what I have found. They don’t fully wrap around my ring’s crown baseor donut? So the leave a big gap. I don’t plan to pay real money either to custom make it. Lol.

I think the V band is unexpected and contrasts beautifully without being too matchy matchy.

I like it @nala, looks pretty and a bit different! I think it actually makes your ering stand out. The only thing is that one side does look a little funky, at least in the pic - my eye was drawn it right away.

Nala!!! I am more than sure ,that all of us genuinely love how you experiment with settings ! How you are not afraid to try something different and out of your comfort zone . You never stop finding things that make YOU happy !! And for us and for me personally ,give a chance to experience settings I even though about ! Do what makes you happy ! Jewelry is a luxury so if you are not happy with old setting ,go and find the one which will put a huge smile on your face . New ring setting is like old guy(diamond ) on a exciting date again

I like the V idea, but what executed more like this. I think you need some curve in the V to make it relate to the curves of the halo.

@nala! It's great you can test drive it for a bit, that really helps with the decision. As I said, I really like the look!
