If so, which one, and how much memory do you use?

I have an 8 GB Nano, and I ran out of space.

80g classic, use 73. All music. Of that music... probably actually listen to 1/73?

I have a 1GB shuffle. So I definitely run out of space all the time.

Yep. Mine is a 20 or 30 gig... (can''t remember, I got it years ago.) I have a TON of music and pictures on there and I am only using a fraction of available memory space...

I have the 8 GB nano too and I''m about out of space. It seemed like so much room when I first got it.....

I have a bunch, including a 16G one, I watch movies so its full. Honestly I am over my ipod and LOVE my zune HD so that is my new gadget of choice.

I had a 16GB touch that was a little over half full and now I just have my iphone with is the same 16GB and it''s probably about 65% full.

i have a pink dinosaur from 2006 i think. the "mini" i believe.

i also have 16G touch, but for some reason my husband uses it more. i only use it when working out, and have just about 1000 songs on it. our computer was stolen, so lost all the music and couldn''t get it back

My iPod is almost 4 years old! I think it's 32GB and I only use about 17GB for 5k+ songs. It does play videos, but they took up lots of space and I never watched them, so I don't bother loading them anymore.

Mine is ancient... I got it back in 2003 or 2004. Before the color screens, before you played videos, before the touchscreens... basically when you just listened to music and checked your calendar on it. 16GB.

I have the 8gb nano. In pink!

I think I have 1 gb left.

16 GB Ipod touch, plenty of room left...

Nope!

I have ah 8g green nano (the square one), and my iphone has an "ipod" as well- which is 16g .... I use all.

I have a 30 GB iPod.

I bought it in 2002, so it''s ooooooold. I think it''s the third generation. My high school students used to laugh at it, they called it "The Brick." When I first bought it I brought it in to work and everyone went crazy over it, nobody had ever heard of one before. It''s funny now how it seemed like such a novelty. My coworkers took turns borrowing it every day.

I use 19 of the 30 GB, and that''s eight years'' worth of music on there! I''m picky about what I keep on it, though. I don''t want to have a bunch of stuff I don''t listen to on it.

LOL, Haven, you think yours is a dinosaur, DH gave me his FIRST generation ipod when he got his 80GB a couple of years ago. Still works perfectly though!

His 80GB is full, and he doesn''t even have all of his music on it.

The man''s a bit of an audiophile.

Hahahaha! You have a scroll wheel! I don''t feel so bad anymore.
Just kidding.

I actually think I bought my iPod in 2003, not 2002. I have the touch wheel with the four buttons on top, so it must have been 2003.

Whatever it is, it''s old but it still works!

Gasp! Wait, he lied to me!

Hahaha. It IS a second gen!

Nope. I''ve been walking for exercise (about 12 miles a week!) and want an iPod, but don''t want to spend a lot of money. I bid on a few used ones on eBay but haven''t won yet.

It was an older one. . .maybe 3rd generation? Is that terribly old? I bid on it (partly) because it was pink! lol When the amount got up to $71.00 I stopped.

Girl, that''s a third generation iPod! You and I are in the same boat.
Now we need to find someone with an even older one to make us feel better.

Wow, I''m surprised on how many people are still on their first. I''m on my third as the other two died.

I think the older ones must have been made better. DH is on his second iPod in only four years.

I have one but I haven''t seen it in a year or so.
It''s somewhere in the house.

I forgot about it till this thread.
Oh well.

I resisted getting one for the longest time, I thought they were such a waste of money.

Now I don't know what I'd do without mine, it's my faithful workout buddy and I wouldn't think about stepping on the treadmill without it!

I did not have you down as someone who would be able to misplace items in the house! Maybe you''re not fussy after all...

You could lose any amount of stuff in here. I need to tidy up.

No, it''s too much technology for me to handle.

Do you apple''s new litter box, The iPiddle, ?

I have a 30 GB classic ipod and I am not even close to using up all the memory.

I totally agree. I'm on I think the original version of the Nano, 2 GB. It survived a trip through the washing machine AND dryer, training for several half marathons, FI training for full marathons, and beyond. I love that darn thing! I switch in different playlists so it doesn't run out of storage, which works just fine for me!
