Since I posted this, I have obviously ''outted'' myself so feel free to giggle at my expense. I have dreamed about PS a couple of times since being a member. Not surprising since I''m often on late at night; right before bed.

But what is surprising is the weird convoluted dream I had last night which turned into an episode of ''come dine with me'' which I had to leave before I served the main because I had to go to a PS GTG where I had to go trekking up some mountain, but I had forgotten to wear my diamond stash and I had no clue who any of the other PS''ers were and we had to dress up as worms*.....

*Don''t ask, I can''t explain it and yes, there were actual worm costumes

Since starting the preggo thread and being there from day one. I read everyone''s stories and am thrilled for them and their LO''s. PS''ers make the cutest babies, so check out the newborn thread.

I will go to sleep when someone is in labor, and that will end up in my dreams... Lately I am missing my period, am perimenopausal. I have taken 3 digital tests, all negative. Thank god. I am ready to be a grandma , not a momma!!!!

I totally did last month lol I had my first PS dream that I remember... I made a post about it:

I was surfing around when I fell asleep for a nice cat nap and had a total ps gem dream lol I was in Belgium in a hotel room above a narrow street filled with - instead of restaurants, gem shops, and the best of the best had rooms above and would call out to each other and set their gems on the rails of the balconies and use super cameras to take pictures of each other''s gems and then barter for things on the computer - they''d say say "let''s discuss this" across the street and both would retreat and hunker down to geek out on computers to hash out the actual deals instead of meeting in person. Michael and Amethyst guy were both in the dream and I was trying to get one of Amethyst guy''s gems but I couldn''t find his balcony and no one would tell me where it was and I had just decided to "discuss things" with michael and retreated to my computer when I woke up.... he had a garnet like kcoursolle''s sitting on the rail of his balcony and I really wanted it!!

Yes, i''ve dreamt about PS many times...I assume it is because there are many members here that i''ve never met but because i read about their life, their thoughts and sometimes the problems that they have to deal with, i feel that they are my friends in a way and i wonder how they are, what they''re doing, etc...So i go to sleep and i dream about that...Or about a beautiful piece that somebody posted and it really impressed me...(No worms so far...

I had a dream about Kenny recently. He was driving by and I saw his ring. I didn''t make the connection that it was him till he started moving off again. I just had a dream last night that my husbands family bought his ex-wife a Leon and I was pissed. I told hubby in my dream that his family hated me and wondered why they were buying her that. I told him that he needed to get that Leon for me. Strange stuff.

I totally blame this thread for last night''s nightmare ... it wasn''t *directly* PS related, but present.

I dreamt that I took my stone to consider resetting into my MIL''s setting (which is ... odd, as my MIL wears a lovely, discreet WG set, and in the dream it was a YG monstrosity), reconsidered, and had it put back into my setting. But after I wore it out of the store, I noticed it was loose enough to twist free, and when I did it was brown, dull, and severely chipped from the culet up to the pavilion! We rushed back and I argued with the jeweler to no avail ... but I do remember thinking, PS will help me upgrade - I have insurance! And yet I was weeping fiercely in the dream, because I love this stone and all it stands for.

I am SURE there is some deep interpretation of all this, but I only know Russian dream interpretation, which tends to be sort of ... grim. There are books called "Sonnicks" (dream-books, though I always think of Sonic the Hedgehog), and, seriously, *everything* means death. Cut your hair in a dream? DEATH. Lose a tooth? DEATH. See a naked person? DEATH. Mice? DEATH. Oh, except for cats: those mean you will be betrayed by a friend. We''re, um, a cheerful folk.

P.S. - Cehra! There''s a book called A Rumor of Gems that you should look up - it sounds v. similar to your dream in some ways! At least atmosphere-wise.
