i took a pilates class yesterday and OMG....every muscle in my stomach is sore. my neck is even sore! my gym offers pilates and yoga classes daily and i am thinking of adding these on until the wedding as a way to sort of switch up my exercise routine. anyways, do any of you do these classes? can you tell a difference in your body since starting them?
