I''m with Laine and Tacori--I hate beans and tomatoes. I make a bean-less chili and usually just leave out tomatoes in dishes I like. I also severely dislike peas, but can tolerate recipes that call for peas (chicken pot pie, pastas, etc.)

I eat basically everything, so it honestly isn''t a problem for me.
HOWEVER- DH is the pickiest eater imaginable. I have slowly introduced a few green vegetables to him, but he won''t eat anything with added spices, and has just a few items on his ''will eat'' list. So it limits my cooking because everything I cook has to be smaller portions.
I''ve got a great bean-free chili recipe! Its a cincinnati chili, which not everyone is a fan of, but its a staple in out house and I always need to keep some in the fridge for DH! Saves us $ from going to skyline all the time, too.

I do. Mushrooms. Hate them. Seriously hate.
But there are so many recipes that include them, and they seem like an integral part of the meal, not like something that could be easily left out or substituted.
What about you?

The only think I absolutely won''t eat under any circumstance is okra. It''s slimy!

Ohhh...how do you make that chili? Beans are kinda iffy with me too.

I like this recipe, but instead of water I use beef broth. I love the smoky taste of chipotle peppers and am a fan of cilantro, so I really enjoy this chili.

Yssie: we can cook for each other and let our SO's eat their processed crap from a box.
