Yes, once in a while. He is a rescue short hair and looks really skinny when his fur is all wet. He hates to be combed so we do have a problem with fur balls. But the bath seems to get a lot of the free hair off. It is really tough but it gets done. We clip his nails once every two months. He does not like it but we feed him treats during the two man process.
