Do these diamonds MATCH for earings

I''ve been looking for diamond earings - what do you think about these two diamonds - will them match?

Also, is James Allen a decent company?

All look good, though. I think you'd really need someone to look at them to see if the personalities match.

Thanks - any reason for replacing it?

If I replaced the 0.39 diamond with the 0.38 diamond the size difference between the diamonds is 4.78 to 4.65 - is that noticable in earings?

sorry, I edited. didn't mean for you to replace, just throw it in for comparison. hmm, size difference is a bit much, to me, though. But size difference between .38 and .39 is fine.

I would e-mail them and ask. The only way to know for sure if two diamonds match is to put them next to each other.
