Do the emoticons on your computer move?

Okay, so this is a really random question. I was visiting my parents the other day and i was using my dad''s laptop. I was checking out PS and i noticed that all of the emoticons were moving. The guy with the hearts for eyes...well, his eyes were bugging out. I don''t know if the guy clapping was actually clapping (I may have just made that one up). I think the best one was the fire breathing red guy. The emoticons on my laptop don''t move, and I never realized they could until last week. What''s up with that? How do you get them to move? I think I''d be almost giddy if every time I came to PS, the little guys moved. It would be something to look forward to. You know, it''s the simple things that make me happy...really.

What browser and os are you using?
Its a setting in the browser that determines if they animate.

huh?!?!? Maybe that is why hubby doesn't help me; I am technologically challenged.

they move on my desktop but not on this, my laptop also - the allure of belle''s avatar meant nothing to me until I saw it on my desktop LOL. My desktop is a new computer and this laptop is gosh... at least 5 years old. I have no idea why they don''t move here..... but its okay I know what they do LOL

BTW, any of you can use these too, just right click on it and choose "save picture as". it should save it in your picture file

You will have to put numbers on the end of it, or something else, and keep changing it, as once it''s been posted it remembers and won''t let you if you don''t slightly change the file name.
