Do platinum rings stay "in the round?"

I have had gold rings in the past that eventually changed shape...became not a true round, but a bit more conformed to my finger. Do platinum rings do this? If yes, how long should it take?

Yep...I know exactly what you''re talking about. All my gold rings have done that.

However, I have a very, very thing Plat wedding band, and after 5-years it is still perfectly round!

Most platinum alloys bend more easily than most gold alloys

I have had my plat ring for about 3 years now and it has molded to my finger just like the gold rings I have had.
