THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR BEST VALUE GUARANTEE. I had a horrible experience at Robbins Brothers (Torrance). My bf bought me a promise ring from this store, just a couple of days later I found a similar ring at another store for more than 1/2 the price. When I politely asked the store''s general manager to honor their "best value" guarantee, she acted annoyed and said they could not match the price. She said all she could do was offer me "corporate pricing" (15% off) but that they would REMOVE all the warranties and services that normally come with the ring. Basically, if anything ever went wrong in the future, I could never complain or do anything about it. When I asked for their corporate office phone #, she left the room for almost 30 min. and came back with some lame excuse about why she couldn''t give it to me. She instead took my information and said someone would give me a call within 2 days. Needless to say NO ONE ever called me back and this experienced RUINED the good intentions of my bf. I would NEVER ever shop there again nor would I recommend this place. Shop around, you''ll find a better deal. As far as their warranties, don''t believe anything Robbins Brothers promises (even if it''s in writing) THEY''RE ALL LIES!!!
