Do channel Set bands go well with prong bands?

Hi gang!

My e-ring has three melee stones channel set on both sides of my three stone ring. My wedding band is a channel set wedding band as well. I am currently looking into having a 3/4 eternity channel band made to match the wedding band for stacking purposes. However, I really want a band that is prong set because I think they are sparklier and prettier but worry about it looking too off if I try to stack it. It would be two channel set bands with a prong band on my left hand if I did that. Does anyone think that would that be crazy looking? I''m still not sure if I''d be willing to wear any of the bands (wedding or anniversary) on the right hand as an alternative.

Does anyone have a picture of a channel set band and a prong set band stacked together so I can see how it looks? I have no idea when I''ll be able to get to a jewelry store to try this out first hand...and I currently don''t have my w-band in my posession to get the true look anyway. Its in Houston....

I would go try some on in a few jewelry stores. I think you should get what you really want or you''ll probably end up buying another ring. I think they would look fine together.
