I was waiting on some replicas from Eternity Diamonds...waiting and waiting for weeks. I emailed them today to see when my order would be shipped (they already charged my card), and the replicas are all out of stock. So, now my order is cancelled. They did provide me with a promo code to get 10% off any setting. But, I'm all disappointed now. I've been checking the mailbox every day! :(
 
They said they sent out for me long time ago then I never received the ring so I called after weeks and said would sent out again which was few weeks ago. I gave up on that now just hope they don't charge my card...
 
I have been trying for a while to get replicas sent to me too. First time was around May or June of last year and I finally called when they hadn't shipped for a few weeks. They said that they were out of the replicas and that they might be changing the way the program works. I tried again around July when I noticed some new ads for the program here on Pricescope. Never received the replicas and didn't bother to call. Now that I'm closer to making a decision on a setting, I tried again a few weeks ago and got an email that the replicas I had chosen were out of stock and they also gave me the 10% promo.

Wish they would either figure it out or stop advertising the program. :|

Many styles are not available but the ones I wanted still allow you to place an order and they charge your card, so they must not link their shopping cart to inventory. I don't think I'll be purchasing from this vendor because if I order a stone and setting, how will I even know if it's available? Not very good customer service in my opinion.
 
Uggghhh! I'm so sorry to hear that. They should not charge your card if they don't have the replicas to send you.
 
I do a lot of online shopping and I have never had my credit card charged before the item had shipped! There is often times a pre authorization but the funds are never removed until I have a shipping confirmation #. Actually on second thought, when we purchased my engagement ring the funds were removed before they would begin production, but that is very different than replicas. I'd be super frustrated too and agree that they need to correct the problem or stop advertising the program.
