Wedding Did you order your dress from Pearl''s Place?

If so, do you know how they handle shipping? Do they notify you somehow when it''s on its way, or does it just show up one day? Thanks!

Mine just showed up one day- and I wasn''t home so I had a UPS notice on my door.
I seem to recall though that when I placed the order they told me I would get a notice.

I placed my order over the phone, and it was for bridesmaid dresses (even at 3 of them, much less $$ than a bridal gown) so maybe that had something to do with it.

I ordered my gown through them and it just showed up.
When I placed the order they said "you''ll have it on or before X" And sure enough, it came on X. It was shipped in the manufacturer''s box; I don''t recall if it had been opened or not, but it was exactly what I ordered, untouched, in all of the original packing. Low on service, but hey, you can''t beat the savings.

Yeah, when I ordered the lady didn''t say anything about how it would be shipped, just that it would be here in 3 months. I guess all I can do is keep an eye out!
