I am very excited about finding the below stone and will post a big message about my whole experience soon. Should I be excited about this stone?

I wanted an eye clean ideal stone with blue flourence and I sure found it.

Due to the Oct 2006 date of certification and just to be safe I am having a local expert verify that the stone is as the certificate shows before I wire over the funds; thus, wanted to get all of your expert opinions on anything I should look out for on this stone. As many of you know, my girlfriend is very fond of blue fluorescence and I was specifically looking for this in my stone. Is their any technical way to tell the appraiser who is verifying the stone to check to see if it is milky or oily in the sunlight as I have heard some fluorescent stones are?

Here is a smaller picture of the AGS cert. Any comments / help is appreciated!

Many Thanks!

Just to clarify, I hacked up the AGS certificate so it would meet pricescopes file size guideline. I figured someone would point out not to trust a vendor who presented that obviously pieced together AGS cert.

I did it. It was pretty when it came to me

Looks good so far. Have you confirmed with the vendor that it''s eyeclean? There seems to be a lot going on under the table, but you can never tell from the inclusion plot.

Oh wow - this looks like it could be an amaaaaazing stone!

*Love* the fluorescence - simply ask the appraiser to verify it''s not impacting negatively on the appearance (I undersand that it''s actually quite rare for a stone to be milky/oily, but do check!).

Ditto, check it''s eyeclean to your standards (from what distance & angles you want it to appear clean).

Otherwise, lovely cut, great size and love the colour/clarity combo if it turns out to be eyeclean... definitely one I''d consider myself! :)

Thanks for all the help! Verifying eyeclean and the fact that it is not milky / oily are the two main items that I want the appraiser to comment on.

:)

Cheers,

Dale

If it''s eye clean it sounds like a keeper!
