If it is in fact a very good cut, then that seems like a good price. However, usually well-cut 1.0 carat stones produce a 6.5 mm spread, not 6.2/.3
It would help us answer your question better if you provided crown and pavilion angles.

Anna is correct. The measurements of your stone
are properly indicative of a .90 -.95 carat weight.
The manufacturer "squeezed" the stone to get the carat
size as the price differential between a .90 to 1 carat
is significant.
You've got great color and clarity. What really matters here is how the diamond looks to you. If you're happy
that's all that counts.
