How does a Diamonite ring with an IF clarity, and a color of E compare to the looks of an actual diamond? How common, or rare are IF rings?

Nothing can compare to the brillance and scintillation of a natural diamond. Diamonite is a trade term used as a marketing tool to "Romance the Stone". I can't believe they are grading it too!
So a CZ, and a Diamonite are virtually the same thing?
I've seen several people who claim that their diamond "isn't real", but looks really good, and others that are so bad, you can spot a mile away. Why is that?
