There is something so peaceful and beautiful about lighthouses. I saw one of our local lighthouses a few weeks ago during a rainstorm with fog. The light was shining and the fog horn was blowing. It was so cool to see it "doing it''s job" protecting ships into the harbor. So cool!
I love them in the nice weather as well. Thanks again!

oh, you are very welcome - my goal is to some day to a tour of my province and get a photo of each one of its light houses - I think that would be so kewl...have a few of them, but not too many. Will have to dig some out and scan them...better yet - just get new pics on my digital cam - lol :}
