Abazias is one of the advertisers here. Advertisers have usually got high standing here as they get flamed for bad behaviour. The resources section shows registered vendors on the upper right

I haven't heard of the first vendor you mention, but I can tell you that Abazias is a reputable Pricescope vendor who has worked with some on PS with good results. You can do a search using the tool above to read up on poster's experiences with them.
