Harry Winston and Kwiat have them but charge an astronomical amount.
Can anyone direct me towards someone that makes one for 15k or less? I am willing to drop in stone color especially and to use smaller stones of course.
And if there isn't someone that has it in inventory, who would you recommend working with to make it?
