Diamond Upgrade from Lanbo4?

Dear friends, I need help to decide whether to upgrade diamonds on a pendant from lanbo4 on eBay. Has anyone had experience with diamond upgrade from him, or any of his alias - lan.bo4, happyday2203, or jewe2004?

Its pretty quiet today..I wish I could help Yingh. When in doubt, I usually upgrade, but I don't have experience with Lanbo4 so I can't say certainly. Hope you get an answer soon!

I ordered a ring setting from him a while back, and he neglected to do any of the requested changes which he had agreed to. He wanted me to keep the setting and he would refund my extra money. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the ring to China. He did refund my money after the ring arrived along with the additional postage I paid to send the ring back.

I felt that he was trying to avoid doing changes. I have never ordered from him again.

In your case, how would you know if he actually upgraded your diamonds or not???
