Diamond Setting

hi,

i have a loose diamond which was a gift bought in the states.
however, i have sinced moved to Singapore..Could anyone advice where i can get a Diamond setted into a ring in Singapore?

i have checked with the local jewellery shops who dont seem to be able to do it?

Yeewl, who is a PS member, has recommended Leipo at Lucky Plaza as well as Chong Lee at Beach road. The references are a couple of years old. Previous thread with a few more.

Here is an appraisal service. They may be able to verify or have additional recommendations.

thanks. i''m not sure if a jewellery apprisal would also do settings of rings.. will pop by for a check and ask..

You're welcome Darren. Actually, I was suggesting you ask the appraiser for his recommendation on who might do the setting for you. He is in a position to have seen local work. Hope you find a good resource.
