Is there anything wrong with the first diamond? It has HCA score of 1. Alternatively, how is the second diamond? It has HCA score of 1.5 or so, but it has a knot on the table...
The first one costs about 25% more than the second one.
It's a 60/60 stone. The crown angle is low, but that's part and parcel of 60/60's. I like 60/60's but I would not buy one without an idealscope to confirm performance. I hope you are working with a vendor that provides idealscope images.

Seconded. Some folks like the white light return of 60/60's, but it's helpful to see one in person to get a real idea of the performance.
I would also read up on fluorescence before committing to one with strong blue. It might not be an issue at all, but even if it's not, I wouldn't want that to necessarily be a surprise.

Looking at the proportions it could indeed be a nice type of 60 60 stone as Gypsy mentions. Is this stone intended for an engagement ring? You would need to check the strong blue fluorescence isn't having a negative effect on the diamond by making it appear oily or milky in the presence of UV light, also that the wearer is ok with seeing a bluish glow in such conditions.
The second also has definite potential, with the VS1 knot it is best to check that it isn't a concern, it's unlikely in VS1 but I tend to err on the side of caution with such inclusions and their placement. Same applies with the fluorescence in this stone, do check as above.
