I think I am going to pull the trigger soon and purchase a ring. I have selected this setting:

But now, I am trying to decide what diamond to get. I really want it to be a sparkler, but I''m not sure if someone like me or my girlfriend would be able to tell the difference between a G/SI1 and a E/VS1. I am only looking at stones w/ a good cut adviser rating, as that seems give you somewhat of a guarantee of getting a sparkler. These are the diamonds I am looking at. Can someone provide some input?

All in all, I''m looking for a nice, eye clean diamond that jewelry idots like my girlfriend and me will think is beautifull. I know there are some better stones out there, but I''m reluctant to spend 2K when I wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Could someone give me some peace of mind ?
Also, if I''m going about looking for stones the wrong way, please let me know. Thank you all so much for your guidance so far!!!!
