i'm getting ready to purchase an engagement ring...most likely online.

does this diamond look good from its stats?

Clarity: VS1

Symmetry: Very good

Polish: Excellent

Girdle: Slightly thick

Fluorescence: None

Length/width ratio: 1.07


what are some things here that i should be concerned with?

does a lower table look better? and for the ratio...if i want square, it should be closer to 1.0, i''m guessing?
 
as with any stone, it is not one measurement alone, but a combination of all the measurements that make a difference. for starters, you may want to aim for a smaller table and more depth.

the l/w ratio is up to you. 1.0 - 1.05 is considered ''square''
