Diamond Laboratory of America grading/certification - ok?

Ok, I'm a total diamond noob, and while I know that GIA and AGS(?) grading is the best, I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about Diamond Laboratory of America (or DLA) grading? There's not much information online about that grading organization, so I'm a bit skeptical, but thought it was worth asking to see if anyone knows anything about it.

Yeah - worthless is what I was thinking, but that's why I thought I'd ask. The local jeweler was trying to convince me it was the greatest grading service after GIA, but it's nearly impossible to find any information about DLA other than from DLA's website, which seems very sketchy...

Your jeweler is full of BS! ...find yourself another jeweler.
