Diamond help

I've been researching diamonds and came across this one today. It seems much cheaper compared to other diamonds with the same specs. Am I missing something? Please let me know.

that stone is only a very good cut... which means you are compromising on the sparkle and brillance of the stone. Also it's a J SI1- it may not be eyeclean...

When you say compared to diamonds with similar specs, I assume you mean color and clarity. The cut is not GIA xxx or AGS0 so you can't compare this stone to others with better cut quality.

pretty much...do you have any links to others you looked at? I'd suspect it may have been a combination of the 2 VG ratings (cut and symmetry, I think) and probably the J color. Unless someone could see what else you've been browsing, it'd be hard to know.

What I did was put in my specs which were .85-.96ct, SI1, I-J color, with Excellent to Very Good cut. The diamond which I posted was about $500 less then the next diamond on the list (although the next diamond was excellent cut).
