Can someone help me in my decision making for my ideal diamond?
Which is more superior? Ideal Scope Image or HCA ?
If I cant have Triple Excellent, which two are most superior amongst Cut, Polish & Symmetry?

idealscope image is more important. HCA score is developed with the help of idealscope and the input are averaged and rounded numbers.

Cut is superior, polish and symm you can easily drop to VG and still not be able to see the difference.
