Hi fellow Pricescopers!
It''s been a long time since I posted. Way back in June to be exact!

I just wanted to let everybody know who were so helpful that I wound up deciding on the 1.374, E, VS2 ACA from WF and me and the lady could not be happier with our decision.
Along the way, I was in a lot of communication with all three of GOG, WF, and BGD. They were all very patient with me and my endless questions and skepticism. If I went through all the back and forth emails between them all, I would say there would be close to 100 communications.
I don''t really want to go through the entire process here. But I just wanted to share that I had never bought ANYTHING online before, let alone something of this magnitude, importance, and cost. Though I wound up buying with WF, I would not hesitate to recommend both GOG and BDG at all. They were all very professional and generous with their time. You could nitpick at a few things with all of them if you really wanted to, but overall I was very pleased with the level of service they each offered. GOG gave me a lot of long and detailed answers to a plethora of questions I had, but in the end just didn''t have the stone I was looking for and we didn''t seem to be making much progress with finding something.
Lesley at BGD was awesome. She was very sweet and answered emails really quickly even at obscene hours of the night. She was informative, but not pushy. Love her personality.
WF was the most aggressive and eager to find me what I was looking for. I didn''t always get all the direct answers I was looking for in each email and there was a small hiccup in getting the funds for the setting (Mark Morrell - Flame) delivered which may have delayed things a few days to a week, but all in all Tracy, Debi, Bob, and Vera were really accommodating, patient, and just very nice people. They all emailed me a lot! I was totally skeptical and wary of buying a diamond online but they seemed to understand my concerns and eased me along. I can''t thank them all enough for their assistance and support in the decision. There is little more they could have done to be more helpful. Again, just really patient and wonderful people with a whole bunch of knowledge to share.
As for the diamond, I was slightly worried all the way until I opened that box. And let me tell you, the diamond was absolutely gorgeous (all of them had told me it was anyways!). It was crystal clear and incredibly bright. It sparkles, shines, and has colour blasting off of it all the time. My fiance LOVES it! She stares at it everyday since I proposed. And pretty much everyday somebody at work (co-workers or customers) compliments her on it and I''m not exaggerating in the slightest. It is a thing of beauty.
So if anybody on this forum has any reservations, take it from me who had some of the biggest resistance to buying online, these people are the real deal and I doubt that you will be disappointed with the final product. Their business, afterall, is based on trust and customer satisfaction.
One last thing I have to add is that Mark Morrell''s Flame Setting is a true stunner. Just a magnificent work of art. My finance''s recently married friends are all wanting new settings after seeing hers. Actually, some of my friend''s wives want new rings after seeing hers as well.
