Dear experts and forum members, thank you in advance if you are able to provide any information/advice!

Background: budget approx $11k to 12k for the diamond. Goal: Round, F color or better, VS1 or VS2 clarity, excellent/ideal cut, excellent/ideal "proportions", excellent/ideal symmetry, excellent/ideal polish, no fluorescence.

I have done some research and viewed some stones in my local shops but I'm still leaning on purchasing online (due to better selection). I've narrowed my choices down to these two:

Diamond A - $12,650, 1.213 carat, E, VS2 - HCA score 1.3
Idealscope, ASET image, and AGS report here:

Diamond B - $11,750, 1.198 carat, F, VS2 - HCA score 1.8
Idealscope, ASET image, H&A image, and AGS report here:
http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2782658.htm

Both appear to be excellent/ideal in terms of the cut, graded AGS "triple 0" ideal, and both idealscope and aset images look to my untrained eyes to be excellent, both score under 2 in holloway-cut-advisor ... but I am unsure of which one is the best "deal".

Are these diamonds near the average "price-point" for a similar diamond?
Are there any "deal breakers" that I am missing when evaluating these two diamonds?
Is the cost difference of 0.015 carat and color from F to E $900 dollars?

Any other tips, advice, suggestions you may have can be helpful.

Thank you!

--- Will.

The F. Spread is the same on them (dimensions) and the color difference isn't worth the price. Put the money toward the setting, it's better used there.
