Diamond bezel stud earrings

So I was blessed to receive some advice here before when I was looking for some new studs to celebrate a new job. Due to some changes in life circumstances, my budget has changed. I am interested in a dainty bezel like those offered by Whiteflash and Brian Gavin. My budget is now 3K for the diamonds and settings. I’m hoping for 1-1.2 c. diamonds. I do not require perfection but would like good bang for my buck. Anyone have any suggestions? Is this possible?

The bezel setting would put you pretty far over budget. If you get the 3 prong martini or 4 prong basket setting, you will be very close to your budget of $3k.
