diameter for a 1 ct round diamond

Hi people. I''''ve read that the ideal diameter for a 1 ct round diamond should be 6.5 mm. I found a stone that measures 6.55 x 6.61. Do you think this is too much over the 6.5 mm that it would greatly affect the brilliance? Thanks a lot!
