Diam specs help

I know both these diamonds seem similar but I am a newbie and was wondering if there are any other factors to consider. The AGS rates higher on the halloway calculator and is cheaper and makes me wonder why. Let me know what you think

Is the AGS-stone a DQD (Diamond Quality Document) or a DQR (Diamond Quality Report)?

Uhmm... it is .04 carat larger.

If you think about it, that means the 1st one is actually more expensive per carat. $7615.38/carat and the 2nd is $7611.94/carat
