Diagrams on a GIA

Sorry to ask such a newbie question.

I''m reading some GIA reports of emerald cuts and there are two diagrams at the bottom of the page

The one on the left looks like a regular rectangle

The one on the right looks like it has all the "steps"

Is one the top and the other the bottom? Which is which.

The one on the left is looking into the stone from the top. The one on the right is looking at the EC from the bottom.

The pavilion view (on right) is the crown view (on left) rotated 12 o''clock to 6 o''clock (top to bottom).
