We are getting married on a resort (NOT an all-inclusive resort).
In every contract we sign (resort, caterer, DJ, wedding planner etc...)
The resort has a: site fee (2500.00) + gratuity fee for larger party (23%), runner charge, decor charge...
The Dj has a: Set up, take down fee (150.00), we have to rent and supply him with a table.
Caterer (which is the resort) has a: Food Service Charge - 22%, Chair and table cover charge, lighting charge
Photographer: additional time charge etc...
They all offer packages and after you sign they tell you about the other stuff you'll want/need (up sell).
They have all made it very clear that Tips are greatly appreciated.
Seriously, other than the photographer (and only because her results come after we pay her) would/have any of you add a tip on top of this? If so how much (%)?
