My steer manure experiment failed. I’m going to make a spray and try that but ultimately, we are going to have to install a motion detecting sprinkler.

Everything has failed here, lol. I am replacing the roses that are easily accessible with African Irises. They won.

Let me say this much: both town & country houses around here have - walled gardens, incredibly scented at all times for different reasons - also, tree climbing roses reaching the grandest scale & beyond the reach of anything & anyone.
