Are you speaking of Ame? If so, she is a forum member here. She apparently had a very bad experience with a custom ring. I am sure if you look hard enough, every jeweler will have a few complaints. But looking at the big picture, WF sells very high quality diamonds and has a huge number of positive testimonials. So for a diamond set in one of their engagement rings, I think you have nothing to worry about.
